Welcoming myself back
I think the universe told me not to write this blog post. I just finished drafting it and the entire thing deleted itself. Here is the spark notes version.
Finally we are a bit more settled in our flat and the books are mostly organised. I have once again slowly started chipping away on all of the art things on my to-do list.
Quick summary of what’s been going on:
Oxford DIY Pride happened it feels like so long ago, a wonderful time!
The LDC online Comics Fair just ended, again wonderful. My comic Erin and Pig was reviewed by the lovely folk at Broken Frontier!
And now exciting news time:
Firstly, I have relaunched my online shop! Subject to me adding some product photos you can now order from my shop again, exciting! Sorry US folks, I won’t ship there right now because I don’t want you to get massive tariff and customs fees.
The next few months have some exciting events: I will be hanging out at Caption Small Press and Comics Festival on 16 -17 August. Please say hi and pick-up a copy of Erin and Pig. Also I will be tabling at Occultz Comics, Cult and Zine fair on 6 September which I’m sure will be really fun!
Project wise I’m, trying to shift focus and get Apricots finished! Scary as it’s been sitting around fully-written for so long also exciting though. There’s a really big project that’s been in my head even longer than Apricots and I’m gearing up to tackle it once the final page of Apricots is drawn.
Have a wonderful summer, possibly see you soon!
